A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll & Compensation Manager to join a leading international law firm on a 12-15 month FTC.

This role will be responsible for delivering expert, client focused support across payroll, compensation, and benefits and will oversee all areas of payroll and benefits administration.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the monthly payroll process for the UK office ensuring accurate and timely data submission, approvals and compliance with local regulations.
  • Coordinate with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders to ensure error-free monthly payroll delivery.
  • Oversee daily payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with the HR Assistant, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time for the monthly payroll deadline.
  • Respond to ad-hoc reward and compensation data requests.
  • Manage the administration of ongoing employee benefit schemes.
  • Support annual salary and bonus review processes, providing accurate data and insight to HR and leadership

Skills & Attributes:

  • Solid experience and understanding running payroll, compensation and benefits and uploading to payroll systems.
  • High level of Excel skills.
  • Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms.
  • Proactive, a self starter who works well without close supervision.
