- This role will be responsible for leading the team that is responsible for the deployment and maintenance of all Enterprise applications.
- Organising, assigning, delegating and coordinating the work of the staff to ensure department objectives are met timely and accurately; generating a formal performance evaluation for departmental employees
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining the firm’s enterprise applications systems under his or her vertical; including the firm’s AI tools, and the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Exhibit knowledge of and proficiency in multi-tier enterprise application platforms, including Microsoft SQL databases, web services (Microsoft IIS and Apache Tomcat), and application specific services
Skills Required
- Extensive experience managing an applications team within a law firm or professional services environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, including O365, Teams and OneDrive.
- Experience with new AI tools, including ChatGPT and Copilot and the safe-use within a large global environment.
- Team leadership experience, managing a team of at least 4 or more with a global presence.
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
This role offers hybrid working, requiring 3 days onsite weekly.
This role requires someone flexible and happy to work outside the traditional 9-5pm.
The role may require some international travel on an infrequent basis.
