Key Responsibilities

Leading or supporting major strategic panel proposals, and advising on smaller proposals across practice BD teams.

Bringing creativity and originality to pitch strategy and content development.

Managing stakeholder engagement across BD, Pricing, Knowledge, and other business teams.

Overseeing pitch meeting preparation, strategy development, rehearsals and materials.

Coordinating feedback and post-pitch analysis, and supporting handover after successful bids.

Championing best practice, improving processes, and contributing to global proposal initiatives.

Coaching and guiding junior team members and supporting the delivery of pitch training.

Ensuring proposal content is current and aligned with brand and messaging standards.
About You
-
At least three yearsβ experience in business development or proposals within professional or financial services.

Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.

Excellent writing ability, with a talent for producing clear, compelling client-focused content.

Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and CRM systems, with strong attention to detail.

Creative, resilient, collaborative and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
