Totum Partners is working with a Global Law firm to recruit a Revenue Coordinator. This is a newly‐created position as the firm seeks to continue its growth in London and will be an excellent opportunity for applicants with Legal billing experience.
Revenue Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Manage client billing and collections for assigned Partners
- Monitor outstanding invoices and unbilled fees
- E-billing duties - preparation of electronic invoices and monitoring of their statuses
- Write-offs, time and cost transfers, rate accommodations, invoice corrections
- Creation of write-off and variance reports
