Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of key client relationships, working closely with partners and client teams to drive satisfaction, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Provide handsâon, bestâpractice guidance to partners, associates, and business development teams.
- Lead and deliver strategic projects that support the firm's client development programmes.
- Collaborate with Client Relationship Partners to create and execute robust account strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and firm priorities.
- Monitor and report on performance against financial and nonâfinancial KPIs, sharing insights to inform planning and opportunity development.
- Support client teams in preparing for and following up on relationship meetings, ensuring client listening protocols are followed and feedback is acted upon.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities through market and client analysis, supporting the bid process and postâbid followâup.
- Design and deliver strategic client projects in partnership with the Head of Client Development and the wider team.
