The role is responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and optimisation of the firm’s legal technology applications. This role ensures the seamless operation of critical systems that support legal workflows, document management, matter management, and AI-enhanced productivity tools.
Ownership of all technical aspects of the firm’s legal applications. These currently include iManage 10 Cloud, Intapp Walls and Conflicts, SharePoint, the Office Suite, Litera Compare and Metadact, BigHand, M365 Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of legal applications (e.g., iManage, Aderant & Intapp).
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
This role offers hybrid working - 2 days WFH.
