Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of a curriculum, with role specific development paths, which cover the essential and advanced topics of digital skills, e.g. AI.
- Encourage user engagement, offering tailored learning options via a variety of channels (hybrid training sessions, e-learning, videos, articles, etc.).
- Help define training standards with clear learning objectives to ensure that Partners and staff develop the necessary IT skills and knowledge.
- Develop and maintain all IT training materials to ensure users have the most up to date information available.
- Curate IT training resources within the various business platforms available to users e.g. LMS, Intranet, Service Now.
- Assess the current and future digital skills gaps and training requirements.
- Help to establish and maintain a digital user community, comprised of champions and early adopters.
- Collaborate with colleagues on software testing before upgrades, documenting outcomes and re-testing as required.
Skills Required
- At least 3 years\’ experience in a Change & Adoption focused role within a law firm.
- Proven experience in technology training and user engagement, with demonstrable adoption as a result.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to create concise, and informative training sessions, e-learning, videos, newsletters and articles.
- Strong understanding of systems and processes, with a focus on delivering an excellent user experience.
- Experience of training software such as iManage, Intapp, Elite 3e, DocuSign, Kiteworks, DocXtools, Chrome River, M365 suite and Copilot.
This role offers hybrid working – 2 days WFH weekly.
