I'm currently recruiting for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a global law firm on an exciting, large-scale office relocation project.
Duration: 18 Months
WFH Policy: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in office)
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in legal IT and a proven track record of delivering multiple office moves from a technology perspective.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple IT workstreams throughout the office relocation.
- Executing the RFP process and overseeing vendor engagement.
- Coordinating workplace technology requirements and implementation.
- Managing stakeholder relationships and communications across the project.
- Planning and delivering workshops to ensure requirements are captured and aligned.
- Coordinating the technology aspects of the move to ensure a smooth transition.
What I'm looking for:
- An experienced IT Project Manager with previous law firm experience.
- A proven track record of delivering multiple office relocations from an IT perspective.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and vendor management skills.
- Experience coordinating complex projects across multiple workstreams.
