Bristol based opportunity for a senior HR professional to join a well-established law firm as Head of HR Advisory & Operations.

You will be responsible for managing a team whilst focusing on continuous improvements and overseeing HR projects, specifically the HRIS implementation.

You will report into and work alongside the CPO to develop the HR strategy and ensure the firm is set up for success.

Proven experience of working in a senior HR role is required, ideally within a law firm or wider professional services.
