At MRJ, we’re thrilled to partner with an innovative brand searching for a Head of Data and Business Insights to join their leadership team. This pivotal role blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership, driving the transformation of data utilization across the organisation. You\’ll shape future data strategies and deliver insights that empower all areas of the business.
💼 Salary: Up to £70k (DOE)
📍 Location: Hybrid, with 3 days in West Yorkshire

What You’ll Lead:

- Design and maintain advanced reporting framework using tools like Power BI.
- Driving initiatives in analytics, reporting, and customer behaviour tracking (e.g., GTM, GA4).
- Optimise ETL processes (e.g., FiveTran, dbt, Snowflake) for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive experience in data analysis and reporting, with leadership responsibilities.
- Expertise in SQL (advanced queries and functions), Power BI, and data visualization.
- A track record of delivering insights that guide strategic decision-making.
- Familiarity with digital analytics and behavioural data platforms (e.g., GTM, GA4).
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
