I'm working with a PE-backed professional services group on a newly created leadership role at the forefront of AI-enabled transformation.
The business has already achieved adoption of its AI toolset and successfully deployed the technology. The next challenge is turning that adoption into measurable commercial value; redesigning how work is delivered, improving productivity, evolving pricing models and driving profitability.
This is a highly visible role, working closely with the executive team to lead a large-scale transformation programme across multiple businesses, practice areas and senior stakeholder groups.
The focus is on programme leadership, change, adoption, stakeholder engagement and commercial outcomes. You'll be responsible for bringing together technology, people, process and pricing to ensure AI delivers tangible business impact.

- Led large-scale transformation, legal operations or change programmes
- Experience within legal services, professional services or consulting environments
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- A track record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes
- Experience driving AI, technology or operational transformation initiatives
- High-profile role with board and investor exposure
