A leading Accountancy firm have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Early Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their highly regarded team.

This role will oversee the recruitment activities for early talent across all areas of the firm ensuring activities are undertaken in line with their Talent Acquisition strategy and policies.

Key responsibilities include overseeing sourcing, selection, and candidate engagement, ensuring alignment with the firm’s culture and strategic goals.

Strategic Planning and Recruitment Process

  • Develop and implement an early talent acquisition strategy aligned with the firm’s objectives, managing headcount requirements and recruitment activities with stakeholders and the third-party provider.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a DEI-considered approach and positive candidate experience, while promoting the firm’s brand at external events.
  • Monitor onboarding processes and support assessment design, recommending improvements as necessary.

Employer Branding and Data Insights

  • Act as a brand representative at talent acquisition events, ensuring a consistent candidate experience through data monitoring and feedback.
  • Utilise data insights for performance monitoring and to inform management on recruitment activities, addressing challenges with qualitative analysis.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in early talent acquisition, engagement with educational institutions, and familiarity with social media tools.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and project management skills are essential, along with an analytical mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
