This is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded finance leader to step into a strategic role that combines executive influence, business partnering and operational leadership.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and sitting on the senior leadership team, the successful individual will lead the finance function while supporting the delivery of ambitious growth plans across the wider business.

The Finance Director will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, partnering closely with senior stakeholders, supporting investment and growth initiatives, driving financial performance and ensuring robust governance and controls remain in place.
The role will also involve leading budgeting and forecasting processes, overseeing financial reporting and tax matters, supporting partnership remuneration discussions and acting as a trusted adviser to executive leadership.
