A prestigious global law firm is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to take ownership of its firmwide applications landscape. This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring that the organisation’s most critical systems operate reliably, securely, and in alignment with the firm’s long‑term objectives.
In this role, you will act as the strategic lead for the firm’s core business systems, shaping their roadmap, optimising performance, and ensuring they continue to evolve with the needs of a fast-moving international legal environment. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, technology partners, and operational teams to drive improvements, modernise processes, and deliver a seamless experience for users across the business.
The ERP function supports a suite of major enterprise platforms that underpin the firm’s global operations, including 3E, Intapp, iManage, ServiceNow, Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM/Workday, and InterAction CRM. You will be responsible for guiding the development, integration, and ongoing enhancement of these systems, ensuring they operate cohesively and deliver maximum value.
A central part of the role will be overseeing the full lifecycle of these applications – from shaping strategic direction and future planning through to maintaining stability, security, and compliance. This includes designing and maintaining system roadmaps, ensuring clear and up‑to‑date documentation, and embedding strong governance and change‑management practices across the technology estate.
You will also play a critical role in strengthening and expanding system integrations, ensuring consistent data flows, improved operational efficiency, and intuitive user journeys. A strong focus on data integrity, process optimisation, and alignment with business priorities will be essential.
This opportunity will suit a confident and forward‑thinking IT leader with a strong understanding of legal‑sector technology. You will bring a blend of technical depth and exceptional stakeholder‑management skills, along with the ability to influence senior decision‑makers and shape how technology supports the firm’s evolving strategy.
