Totum Partners are working with a leading law firm to recruit a fully remote Legal e-Billing Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to specialise in e-Billing within a client-focused, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and upload eBills, resolving issues
• Maintain and update e-Billing portals
• Reconcile bills in Elite against e-Billing systems
• Coordinate accrual submissions
• Manage billing queries and invoice rejections
• Adapt duties as needed to support the team

The ideal candidate

• Legal e-Billing experience (essential)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident in communicating with senior stakeholders
• Able to meet deadlines independently
• Flexible and team-oriented
