About the Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the digital marketing team, with a particular focus onevents delivery, email campaigns, website content updates, and social media. The role offers a rich variety of tasks and exposure to marketing campaigns, internal and external communications, and digital strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and send marketing emails using systems likeConceporVuture
- Upload and maintain website content via aCMS(WordPress preferred)
- Supportvirtual and live events, including invite creation, attendee management, ON24 setup, and post-event reporting
- Coordinate digital elements of podcasts, videos, and internal communications
- Create and schedulesocial media postsacross platforms
- Monitor and manage the digital inbox, triaging and prioritising requests
- Assist withPPC campaignsand digital reporting
- Provide insight-driven analytics and recommendations to stakeholders
- Work closely with the wider marketing, events, and business development teams
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a digital marketing or events coordination role
- Solid understanding of email marketing platforms and CMS tools
- Exposure to virtual event platforms (ideally ON24)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience inprofessional services or law
- Degree educated (or equivalent); marketing qualifications a plus
