Legal Cashier in Derby

Legal Cashier – Fully Remote

Totum Partners is working with a leading global law firm on an excellent Legal Cashier opportunity Fully Remote role.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage client account transactions in line with SRA Accounts Rules
• Post CHAPS, SWIFT, and Faster payments across RBS, BOS, HSBC, and Barclays
• Run reports, monitor residual balances, and cover bank reconciliations
• Liaise with fee-earning teams and respond to mailbox queries

Experience that helps you succeed:

• Cashiering experience in the legal sector
• Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules
• Confident dealing with Partners
• Accurate, methodical, and able to prioritise tasks
• Familiar with MS Office and 3E accounts system
• Experience with RBS, HSBC, or Barclays banking platforms
