We are delighted to be working with this leading global law firm, who are innovative and forward-thinking, to find a commercially focused Client Development Manager to lead their Emerging Business Partnership Programme. This is a unique initiative that supports early-stage businesses with specialist legal services, industry connections, and strategic guidance. This is a broad and varied role where no two days will be the same. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running and ongoing development of the programme, working closely with teams in the UK and internationally, combining skills across business development, client engagement, and programme coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow relationships with programme participants
  • Oversee onboarding, programme delivery, and internal reporting
  • Support business planning and budgeting
  • Coordinate marketing, PR, and social media activity
  • Plan and deliver events and networking opportunities
  • Represent the programme at industry events and identify new partnership opportunities
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience in a client-facing or business development role within professional services coupled with exposure to, or an interest in sectors such as tech, digital, or life sciences
  • Strong communication, organisational, and relationship management skills
  • Comfortable working with data and managing budgets
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and working with international teams
  • Proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded
