Client Account Team Leader – 12-Month FTC (Hybrid)

Totum is working with a leading law firm to recruit a Client Account Team Leader for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities
- Support the Client Cashiering Team and act as the first point of contact for queries
- Oversee daily client account operations and ensure accurate processing of transactions, including bank reconciliations
- Monitor and authorise transactions, ensuring compliance with SRA Accounts Rules
- Help drive improvements through regular team meetings and process updates
