A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reward Analyst to join a leading international organisation.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage and support the end-to-end process for annual salary and bonus reviews, including planning, system setup/testing, and reporting for leadership sign-off.
- Prepare compensation models, analytics, and reports for annual cycles and ad-hoc requests.
- Coordinate market data survey submissions and conduct benchmarking analysis.
- Perform job evaluations for UK and international roles.
- Contribute to compensation and HR projects as required.
- Provide analytical support for activities such as gender pay analysis, salary structures, budgeting, and gap-to-market reviews.
- Maintain compensation policies and processes in line with business strategy.
- Act as a subject matter expert, partnering with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure reward initiatives support broader organisational goals.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in reward/compensation analysis, including salary and bonus reviews and market benchmarking.
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and proficiency in PowerPoint and report writing.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Collaborative approach with experience working in a matrix or international environment.
