Totum is proud to be partnering with an International law firm to help them recruit for a commercially minded Head of HR Operations. This exciting newly created opportunity will lead the key elements of the firms’ global people agenda from London. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this is a senior role with real scope to shape the global HR strategy, drive operational excellence and strengthen people data, governance and processes.

Main responsibilities

  • Partner with the CPO, HR Leadership Team and global HR leaders to shape and deliver the firm’s HR operations strategy
  • Lead the development of global HR policies to ensure a consistent approach to reward, benefits, career pathways and talent management
  • Oversee key global people initiatives, including HR induction, engagement activity, EVP delivery and mobility programmes
  • Coordinate the submission of the global HR budget and monitor spend
  • Define and drive the global HR data strategy, including governance, quality standards and ownership of people data
  • Work closely with Head of HR Systems to strengthen reporting and analytics, enabling insight-led and evidence-based decision-making

To be successful in this role you will need to have proven experience as an HR Operations leader from a complex, international environment, within professional services or a partnership structure.
