An exciting opportunity for an experienced Culture & Engagement Manager to join a leading professional services firm in this newly created role. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening the firm’s culture. Acting as a trusted partner to the Management Team, you will lead initiatives that foster employee engagement, champion wellbeing and DEI strategies, and ensure clear, consistent communication across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Culture Support
- Act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership.
- Support culture, engagement and change-focused projects.
- Shape internal communication priorities and messaging.
- Contribute to the development of the DEI strategy.
- Employee Engagement, Wellbeing & DEI
- Lead delivery of wellbeing and DEI initiatives.
- Run engagement surveys; analyse data and present actionable insights.
- Implement recommendations from DEI audits.
- Oversee DEI partnerships and community outreach.
- Deliver DEI content at inductions and staff events.
- Internal Communications
- Own the people-focused internal communications strategy.
- Lead communications for firmwide and change initiatives.
- Produce clear, consistent messaging aligned with organisational priorities.
- Support employer brand activity, including early talent campaigns.
- Learning & Development Collaboration
- Work with L&D to ensure cultural values are embedded in programmes.
- Support inclusive leadership and manager-development content.
- Ensure cultural priorities appear across the employee lifecycle.
- Cross-Location Culture & Inclusion
- Strengthen cultural cohesion across offices/regions.
- Develop engagement activities tailored to local needs.
- Monitor engagement trends to ensure equitable experiences.
- Talent Acquisition & People Policy
- Support integration and engagement for graduate/early-career cohorts.
- Ensure EVP and recruitment communications reflect organisational culture.
- Contribute to development and communication of People policies.
