Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a global, centralised pitch team operating a 24/5 follow-the-sun model.
• Driving continuous improvement in pitch strategy, process, and win rates.
• Advising on high-value, strategic pursuits and supporting go/no-go decisions.
• Embedding best practice through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
• Leveraging technology and AI to streamline and enhance the pitch lifecycle.
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders across business development, marketing, finance, and client teams.
