Business Development Manager – Asset Finance and Transportation

Location: London

We are delighted to be partnering with a leading global law firm seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to support their market-leading asset finance practice and drive forward their business development efforts for the global transportation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies for the asset finance practice and transportation sector.
  • Lead the preparation of proposals, pitch presentations, and credentials statements for asset finance opportunities.
  • Manage strategic client relationships and coordinate client targeting efforts.
  • Conduct client listening programs and assimilate feedback into actionable reports.
  • Coordinate client-facing events, both face-to-face and virtual.
  • Oversee the maintenance of market and client intelligence to inform partners and associates.
  • Develop and execute integrated business development campaigns.
  • Manage business development budgets for the asset finance and transportation groups.

Requirements:

  • Experience in professional services marketing and business development.
  • Strong understanding of the asset finance practice and transportation sector, or a willingness to develop such understanding.
  • CRM experience and client focus with the ability to cultivate direct client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
