Totum Partners is working with a leading international law firm to recruit an E-Billing Specialist. This role will be responsible for the accurate and timely submission of electronic invoices through a range of client e-billing platforms, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal billing processes.
The ideal E-Billing Specialist will be responsible for:
Processing and uploading invoices through various e-billing platforms
Ensuring invoices are submitted within client deadlines
Managing invoice rejections, short payments and billing queries
Maintaining billing data within e-billing systems
Reconciling billing information between Aderant and client portals
Liaising with partners, fee earners and Credit Control teams
Supporting reporting, accruals and budget updates
Ensuring compliance with client billing guidelines and vendor requirements
The ideal E-Billing Specialist will have:
Previous e-billing experience
Experience of complex and high-volume billing
Professional services experience, ideally within a law firm
Experience using Aderant or a similar practice management system
Knowledge of multiple e-billing platforms
Strong Excel and IT skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and organisational skills
Multi-currency billing experience would be advantageous
