We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Multi-Drop Delivery Driver to join our team. This is a hands-on role combining driving duties with active work in the timber yard and warehouse. When not out on deliveries, you will assist the yard team with order preparation, stock movement, and general operations. This is a manual role that requires regular lifting and physical work.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm; Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver goods according to scheduled loads and planned routes
  • Load and unload vehicles safely, including manual handling of timber products
  • Assist in the timber yard and warehouse with picking and preparing orders
  • Move, stack, and timber and related products within the yard
  • Keep customers and internal teams informed of any delivery delays
  • Report any vehicle, delivery, or operational issues to the Transport Manager
  • Always maintain a courteous and professional manner
  • Undertake any required driver, product knowledge, and health & safety training

Skills & Experience:

  • Category C1 licence preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate
  • Current CPC and Digital Tachograph Card (preferable but not essential)
  • Physically fit and comfortable with regular lifting and manual work
  • Good knowledge of Hampshire (Sat Nav provided)
  • Knowledge of timber and related products preferred but not essential, as full training will be given
