A forward-thinking secondary school is seeking a committed and resilient Behaviour Reset Coordinator to join our pastoral and inclusion team on a permanent basis. This is a key role focused on supporting students to re-engage with learning, rebuild positive behaviours, and thrive within a structured and supportive environment.

The Behaviour Reset Coordinator will lead on the day-to-day operation of the school’s behaviour reset provision, providing targeted support for students who have been removed from mainstream lessons due to behavioural incidents or emotional dysregulation. You will work closely with pastoral leaders, teaching staff, and the safeguarding team to ensure students are reintegrated successfully into lessons and supported to develop self-regulation, accountability, and positive engagement with school life.
