You will work closely with the Marketing team to implement and deliver a robust funnel strategy across our UK, EU and US markets, creating personalised customer journeys and meaningful touchpoints throughout.

Who is this role for?

You are a proactive, data driven Paid Media Executive who is excited to help optimise and manage our online advertising campaigns. You will work across platforms including Meta, Google and TikTok to drive customer acquisition in our core markets, the UK, EU and US, delivering both brand awareness and sales focused campaigns. A minimum of two years’ experience using Meta and Google is essential. You are passionate about the power of social media and have a strong understanding of the Meta ecosystem. You are detail oriented, motivated and committed to producing high quality, engaging content. You will also need to be comfortable working remotely and flexibly, with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload efficiently.

Role responsibilities

  • Deliver the day to day execution of Totter + Tumble’s paid media strategy across Meta, Google and TikTok.
  • Work closely with the Paid Media Specialist on campaign planning, set up, creative testing and ongoing optimisation.
  • Analyse performance using tools including Google Analytics, Looker and platform dashboards, reporting on weekly and monthly results and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Apply a strong understanding of full funnel campaign set up, audience targeting and attribution to drive acquisition and sales.
  • Bring a data driven mindset to interpreting performance metrics and optimising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Content Coordinator to brief, test and refine on brand ad assets, using Canva to create and edit videos, images and graphics where needed.
  • Manage Google Ads within an ecommerce environment, including Shopping campaigns and feed management.
  • Stay up to date with paid media trends, platform updates and algorithm changes, adapting campaigns accordingly.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to inform targeting and messaging.
  • Be a proactive, organised and collaborative team player who can manage their own workload in a remote and flexible environment.

About you

  • Essential: 3 years’ minimum experience across Meta and Google.
  • Desirable: experience with additional channels such as TikTok, Pinterest or Bing, as well as experience in international markets or the baby and parent retail sector, would be beneficial.
  • Be an active part of the wider Totter + Tumble team, contributing wherever needed in a growing small business.
  • Have an eye for detail and design, with a strong appreciation for brand consistency.
  • Be an excellent communicator and collaborator - adaptable, curious, and proactive.
  • Be highly organised and self-motivated, able to prioritise projects and work independently.
  • Enjoy getting involved beyond your core role, whether that’s assisting on photoshoots, supporting events, or brainstorming creative campaign ideas.

Terms and conditions

  • Salary: to be discussed depending on experience, within the range £28-32K FTE.
  • Permanent Contract
  • Attendance: Your work will be mainly remote with regular in person meetings based in London. This could be subject to change.
  • Part time, flexible working practices: 25-30 hours Monday-Friday (onboarding during core hours). Hours could increase as role develops.
  • Holiday entitlement: 25 working days and bank holidays, pro rata.
  • Pension contributions in accordance with statutory regulations.
