Role Purpose
We are currently rercuiting for a Senior Sales Executive to help us take things to the next level.
About you
- Once sales training is complete, be well versed in all persuasive selling competencies
- Contribute towards maintaining seasonal sell-out across all seasonal membership tiers
- Take accountability of your own development, regularly reviewing and implementing sales training to improve conversion rate
- Identify upsell opportunities within our current seasonal premium memberships
- With a venue cross-selling mentality, assess the scope of an inbound opportunity through effective pre-call preparation and consultative questioning
- Proactively in building relationships with C-suite decision makers within large organisations and SMEs to maintain a strong waiting list of prospects for all membership tiers
- Deliver on seasonal and matchday sales targets
- Deliver on sales targets for non-football stadium events
- Secure and manage delivery of targeted sales initiatives to grow audience and maximise sales for all non-football stadium events
- Represent the Club positively on match days and at networking events, exhibitions, and conferences, with a view to maximising sales
- Identify, proactively instigate, and conduct client meetings/interactions via research and telesales
- Negotiate closure of all sales and manage handover to Premium Experience Team to ensure efficient client onboarding.
- Deliver timely sales reports to line manager.
- Track weekly performance against agreed targets and manage sales pipeline.
