Senior Graphic Designer in City of Westminster

We\’re currently recruiting TWO Senior Graphic Designers within our Brand and Creative Team to help us take things to the next level. Reporting to the Creative Lead, these are high-profile, hands-on roles shaping the creative direction of Tottenham Hotspur across football, brand, marketing, commercial, stadium, events, and beyond. You\’ll bring vision, craft, and leadership to a world-class creative studio, helping to make Tottenham Hotspur the most exciting team on the planet.

• Lead on design direction for high-profile campaigns and club outputs across football, marketing, retail, ticketing, and memberships.
• Translate creative briefs into bold, effective design that delivers impact and pushes boundaries.
• Elevate our refreshed brand identity across every touchpoint – digital, print, broadcast, merchandise, and in-venue.
• Collaborate with designers, artworkers, motion designers, and producers to deliver creative excellence.
• Set the visual standard for campaigns, activations, and brand experiences that excite fans worldwide.
• Work closely with Football, Commercial and Content teams to shape design directions and standout assets.
• Present creative concepts with clarity and conviction to key stakeholders across the business.
• Mentor and inspire our talented Graphic Designers, fostering their professional and creative growth.
• For the first role, we are looking for a seasoned Senior Designer with a proven record of delivering innovative, impactful design work. This person will bring creative leadership and will line‑manage other designers within the team. Their portfolio should showcase both strategic thinking and outstanding creative execution.
• For the second role, we are seeking a designer ready to take the next step from Mid to Senior level, with a portfolio that demonstrates bold, engaging, and high‑quality work.
• Proficiency in delivering multi‑channel creative campaigns from concept to execution.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Proven ability to lead, guide, and inspire other designers within a high‑performing team.
• Creative problem‑solving skills with an ability to turn commercial objectives into powerful design.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, able to articulate creative ideas with confidence.
• Calm and adaptable under pressure, thriving in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
