The Role
This is a 12month Fixed Term Contract where we intend for the successful individual to start in September or October 2025.
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated leader with expert knowledge of creative and design processes who can confidently organise a top-class in-house agency team at the heart of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club – This is a key role reporting directly into the Head of Creative & Brand.
As Studio Manager, you will be the key gate keeper for all projects briefed into the team and responsible for owning and reporting within our project management system on a weekly/monthly basis. You will liaise with key stakeholders across all areas of the Club, manage schedules and expectations, prioritise workflows and allocate resources, both internally and externally, embracing the fast-paced ever-changing environment, thriving on a daily challenge.
Key Responsibilities
- Successfully manage the day-to-day workflow of a busy creative department, efficiently and cost-effectively without compromising on quality
- Continuously evolve and maintain an effective end-to-end creative process with critical paths for all creative projects
- Manage the entire briefing process, ensuring written quality and information
- Become the point person of the Brand & Creative studio for the wider business
- Schedule multiple campaigns and report on status of each project
- Work with internal stakeholders and partners to fulfil their requests
- Manage the Club’s agency and freelancer roster
- Work closely to support senior creatives on ad-hoc basis
- Oversee delivery of campaigns
- Able to proofread, triple checking briefs, documents, and deliverables
- Assessment and debrief management – celebrating the wins and understanding the losses but discussing solutions to improve
What you will bring
Skills & Experience
- A seasoned Project, Traffic or Studio Manager with a strong understanding of design, with demonstrable experience in a related role
- Proven record of successfully managing and delivering the mechanics of creative campaigns for a global brand
- Proven experience of creative / design project management
- Budget management
- Ideally, come from a creative agency or in-house studio
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with creatives, producers and clients
- Working within the sports or entertainment industry is a nice to have, but not required
