The Role
We’re currently recruiting a Senior Licensing Manager within our Licensing Team to help us take things to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Researching and developing new licensing opportunities
- First port of contact for all new Tottenham Hotspur licensing enquiries
- Leading on key UK licences and renewals
- Leading management of certain international licensing agents
- Managing licensed contracts workflow
- Conduct regular competitor and market research
- Representing the Club at UK trade shows and specific international shows
- Working with Partnerships for cross over Licensing/Partner opportunities
- Guide and work collaboratively with the Licensing Assistant
- Creation /updating of pitch documents and presentations
- Liaise with other departments as key contact – Marketing, Legal, Finance etc.

Skills & Experience
- Knowledge and experience of licensing, retail and/or product in a commercial or brand function is essential.
- General commercial understanding of licensing/retail/brand environments.
- Understanding of product development life cycle is preferable.
- An appreciation for sport is desirable
