Role Purpose

We are seeking a well‑organised and enthusiastic Membership Co‑ordinator to join our growing Memberships team. Reporting into the Senior Membership Co‑ordinator, you will play a key supporting role in the delivery of the One Hotspur Moments loyalty programme, coordinating our Junior Mascot experience across both the Men’s and Women’s teams, managing member communications and newsletters, and supporting the delivery of in‑life and digital member events throughout the season.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Membership Executive in executing the One Hotspur Moments loyalty and rewards programme throughout the season. Help deliver the seasonal One Hotspur Moments calendar, including coordinating experiences, competitions and communications to Members and Season Ticket Holders.
• Assist in managing the Universe ticketing platform for Moments events, ensuring accurate attendee tracking and a smooth entry experience.
• Maintain and report on Member event feedback, compiling survey results and sharing insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Raise Purchase Orders via the Club’s online accounting portal for Moments-related expenditure.

Junior Mascot Coordination

• Coordinate the Junior Mascot experience for Tottenham Hotspur Men’s First Team home fixtures end-to-end, from winner selection through to matchday delivery.
• Coordinate the Junior Mascot experience for Tottenham Hotspur Women’s First Team fixtures, building strong working relationships with the Women’s team operations.
• Maintain accurate participant records in line with Club safeguarding policies and Safer Recruitment requirements.

Member Communications & Newsletter

• Build and send the monthly One Hotspur Member Newsletter, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and delivered on time.
• Support the management and growth of the One Hotspur Updates WhatsApp channel, ensuring content is consistent and delivered to a high standard.
• Assist in maintaining the One Hotspur HUB, keeping partner offers and benefit information accurate and clearly presented.

In-Life Member Events

• Provide on‑ground support for fan engagement in‑life events, including pre‑season activations, matchday experiences, open days, screenings and end‑of‑season events.
• Assist with event logistics including attendee communication, registration management, venue liaison and on‑the‑day operations.
• Act as a visible and welcoming representative of the Memberships team at events, creating a memorable experience for Members of all ages.
• Support cross‑departmental activations involving partners, retail, content and the Club Foundation where fan coordination is required.

Digital Member Engagement

• Support the planning and delivery of digital member events including online competitions, virtual experiences and digital engagement activations.
• Assist in managing and scheduling digital communications to Members, ensuring content is timely and relevant across all channels.
• Help track and report on digital engagement metrics, contributing to the team’s ongoing analysis of benefit usage and member activity.
• Alongside their core responsibilities within the Memberships team, the Membership Co‑ordinator will provide a defined element of administrative support to the Official Supporters Club (OSC) programme. This work is directed by the Senior OSC Executive on a day‑to‑day basis, whilst remaining managed and overseen by the Senior Membership Executive. Responsibilities in this area include:
• Plan and deliver the matchday Flagbearer programme
• Keep Official Supporters Clubs web pages updated with accurate information and competitions.
• Maintain accurate records relating to OSC administration, supporting the Senior OSC Executive in keeping club information and contacts up to date.

Qualifications / Training

• Educated to degree level or equivalent, or demonstrable professional experience in a relevant field.
• Any relevant qualifications in marketing, events, communications or sports management would be advantageous.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a membership, fan engagement, events or communications role, ideally within sport or entertainment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication skills and confidence drafting member‑facing content.
• Comfortable working with email marketing or CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• High attention to detail in both operational delivery and written communications.
• Ability to remain calm, solutions‑focused and professional under pressure, including on matchdays and at live events.
• Experience using ticketing or event management platforms.
• Familiarity with CMS tools, digital communications platforms or social media management.
• Experience coordinating safeguarding processes or working with children in a professional context.
• Knowledge of the Tottenham Hotspur Membership product and the wider Spurs supporter community.
