As Spurs continue to grow their global presence and deepen the connection with supporters, we are leading the search for a best in class Marketing and Content Director to lead the Club’s brand, digital, and content strategy at a crucial time for the Club.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Club’s brand, marketing, and content strategy across all platforms and audiences.
- Oversee content creation and distribution across digital, social, and matchday channels.
- Own and grow the Club’s direct-to-consumer platform, SpursPlay.
- Drive audience growth, supporter engagement, and CRM innovation.
- Champion the Tottenham Hotspur brand locally and globally, with a focus on future generations of fans.
- Support commercial growth across sponsorship, retail, e-commerce, and visitor attractions.
- Lead a high-performing team across marketing, digital, and creative functions.
- Collaborate closely with the Communications Director to ensure aligned messaging and supporter-first storytelling.
The Individual:
- A proven marketing and content leader with experience in a dynamic, consumer-facing environment – ideally in sport, entertainment, or media.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and audience segmentation.
- Track record of driving brand growth, engagement, and commercial outcomes.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passionate about football, supporter culture, and the power of sport to inspire and unite.
- Creative, strategic, and values-driven, with a flair for innovation and storytelling.
