Role Purpose

We’re currently recruiting a Junior Finance Business Partner within our Finance team to help us take things to the next level. As Junior Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in providing accurate and timely financial information relating to the non-football stadium events hosted at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and the premium hospitality offered on the football side of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of Event Settlement Statements for review by the senior finance business partner for stadium events (including NFL, Concerts, Rugby, Boxing and other events)
  • Assist with reconciling sales figures for events
  • Assist with monthly preparation of management accounts for stadium events & premium department
  • Assist with interim and year-end audit process
  • Assist with the build and configuration of stadium events within our accounting and sales system
  • Provide support during the annual budgeting and monthly reforecasts process
  • Provide support during month-end procedures
  • Provide support to our Accounts Payable & Credit Control teams

Person Specification

Qualifications / Training

  • Part-Qualified/working towards ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification with management accounting experience
  • Experience with Workday or a similar accounting software
  • Experience with Salesforce desirable
  • Intermediate Excel skills including Pivot tables and graphs
