Role Purpose
We are seeking an HR Coordinator who will provide effective coordination and administrative support across HR processes. The role will support with day-to-day people operations, maintain HR records and systems, and work closely with employees and managers to help deliver an efficient and responsive HR service.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for the HR department by managing the shared HR inbox for HR, L&D, and Recruitment queries, providing valuable advice and ensuring operational excellence.
- Manage operational processes for the employee life cycle including administration of employee contracts and documents, addendums and exit interviews.
- Act as a super user for the HR system (iTrent), maintaining accurate employee records at all times.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage the shared tracker.
- Administer employee benefits including enrolment, maintaining records.
- Produce and upkeep materials as required for legal compliance.
- Support the HR team in developing and maintaining the employee handbook, to include coordinating and maintaining the content and all related document updates.
- Working with the HR team, review and embed HR processes.
- Support the HR team in the annual salary and bonus review processes.
- Provide logistical support for HR/L&D events as required.
