Reporting into the Senior Designer, the Graphic Designer is responsible for creating authentic, vibrant and socially driven assets for use across our channels. You will work alongside the Senior Designer to ensure that all created assets are aligned to the Club’s brand guidelines, to drive visual consistency across the Club. You will support across web and social, ensuring images are of the highest quality and on brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of projects across digital (and some print) including social and website.
- Work with the Senior Designer to drive visual brand alignment and consistency across all channels.
- Work closely with the Senior Designer to ensure alignment across creative delivered by both teams on the website and social media channels.
- Contribute with ideas and creative solutions to improve digital content across the Club, bringing in design trends together with learnings from past campaigns.
- Oversee the production of static creative assets, supporting media activities.
- Offer design and creative input for social channels.
- Work across matchday assets, transfer announcements and product launches.
- Creating static content for our Men’s, Women’s, Academy and Stadium social channels.
- Reactive to Football news and calendar – Fast‑paced, reactive graphic designs for Club news, transfers and match day results.
- Support Third Party & Stadium static assets – NFL, Boxing, Concerts.
- Supporting departments in the Club with ad‑hoc design duties such as cut‑outs, infographics and newsletters.
Safeguarding Responsibilities
- Have a duty to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people.
- Act in accordance with the organisation’s safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.
- Be alert to signs of abuse, neglect, or safeguarding concerns and report these appropriately.
- Maintain professional boundaries and act as a positive role model when working with or around children.
- Attend safeguarding training as required and keep knowledge up to date.
About you
You are a Junior Designer or Graphic Designer looking for the next step in your career. You have a true passion for design and the innovation that surrounds it, always exploring design and social trends to bring them back into your work. You have a strong creative eye, high standards and exceptional attention to detail, building assets that are truly engaging and of the highest quality while working at pace to meet deadlines. Equally you understand the importance of delivering strong social outputs for creative assets, and your design process ensures that this is a key consideration for anything you create.
Experience
- Strong experience working in design/graphics.
- A portfolio which showcases a diverse range of projects with high quality work across a range of digital channels.
- Solid experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, in particular Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Experience in illustration and basic animation (desired).
- Knowledge of After Effects and/or Premiere Pro is an added bonus.
- Proven experience of effectively managing your own time.
- Working within the sports (especially football) or entertainment industry is desirable, but not required.

- Creative thinker with strong awareness of design trends; able to build and evolve concepts that are both visually appealing and commercially strong.
- Strong layout and typography skills.
- Outstanding visual presentation skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of output – the ability to ensure accuracy whilst maintaining pace to meet deadlines.
- A proactive self‑starter with an ambitious spirit, able to work on multiple workstreams effectively and at pace, independently or collaboratively as required.
Qualifications
- Degree in a graphic design, art or related field, or equivalent experience.
Mobility Requirements
- Ad hoc travel to our Training Centre (Enfield) and Lilywhite House (Tottenham).
Other Requirements
- Due to the nature of the industry, some out of hours working, including weekends, may be required from time to time.
