Job Purpose
We are looking for a driven and versatile Production Coordinator to join the Content Department. Working closely with the Production Manager, this role will play a key part in the planning, coordination and delivery of high‑quality content across Club platforms, matchdays, and commercial activities. The successful candidate will help manage production workflows, logistics, budgets and freelance teams, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a consistently high standard. They will collaborate across internal departments and external partners to bring to life content that reflects the identity and global reach of Tottenham Hotspur.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of productions across editorial, commercial and matchday content.
- Coordinate production logistics across shoots, including scheduling, studio bookings and crew organisation.
- Build and manage detailed production schedules, ensuring projects stay on track.
- Manage quoting, budgeting support and organisation of commercial and external shoots.
- Support Producers and the Production Manager to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Manage and develop the freelance pool, acting as a key point of contact during productions.
- Coordinate first team filming logistics, including player availability, time management and relationship building.
- Support stadium productions, including matchday bookings and live content operations where required.
- Assist with practical production tasks (shoot setup, basic edit prep, asset organisation).
- Coordinate live streaming logistics for Academy fixtures and liaise with external partners.
- Work closely with internal departments to support wider content needs across the Club.
- Ensure production tools and systems are used effectively, troubleshooting where needed.
- Support day‑to‑day budget tracking and financial processes alongside the Production Manager.
What you will bring
- A first experience in production coordination, production management or a similar role within media, broadcast, sport or entertainment.
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end production workflows (pre‑production, shoot, live, post).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast‑paced environments.
- Experience working with freelancers, suppliers and external partners.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritise effectively under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across creative and operational teams.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems.
- Calm and effective under pressure, particularly in live or event environments.
- Passion for content, storytelling and digital platforms.
