We’re currently recruiting a Junior Video Editor to join our post-production team delivering world-class content for Spurs' platforms and commercial partners. We’re looking for a talented, creative editor with a can-do attitude, who’s excited to contribute to some of the world’s most viewed football content. This is an exciting opportunity for an early career editor looking to develop their skills in a fast paced, high profile creative environment.

The successful candidate will support the editing of a variety of short and mid form content including behind the scenes features, social media content, podcasts, match related footage, PR events, commercial projects and much more. They will also play an important role in maintaining the organisation of our media library and the sharing of video assets with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Edit a variety of short and mid form content, applying advanced skills for storytelling, colour grading and sound design.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Editor & Postproduction Manager, Producers and Content Leads to ensure brand consistency and content quality across platforms.
  • Work effectively within our busy post-production team by maintaining our extensive media library (ingesting rushes, logging footage, managing project files and archiving our finished content).
  • Deliver final assets optimised for multiple platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and SPURSPLAY, adapting aspect ratios and formats as needed.
  • Ensure all edits align with the Club’s tone, brand guidelines, and messaging, maintaining a high standard of visual and editorial consistency.
About You
  • Organised, reliable and eager to learn in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and developing skills through collaboration.
  • Strong interest in storytelling and how editing impacts audience engagement.
  • Good attention to detail, particularly around file management and accuracy.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks within the postproduction workflow.
  • Proactive and willing to support the wider team when needed.
  • Professional and discreet with confidential football business.
  • An interest in football or sport is desirable but not essential.
Key Requirements
  • Experienced editing video in a creative environment, preferably for a football club, sport institution or an agency.
  • Experience creating or contributing to content for YouTube and digital platforms, with an understanding of audience engagement and platform formats.
  • Exposure to producing content within sport, football, culture, fashion, music, media or entertainment, or similarly fast paced creative industries.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with a good working knowledge of editing workflows.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects is desirable.
  • Understanding of video formats, aspect ratios and exporting content for multiple platforms including social media.
  • Familiarity with media management practices and postproduction workflows.
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and adapting to quick turnaround requests.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop both creative and technical skills.

NOTE: An encyclopaedic knowledge of football is not essential. However, the ability to accurately research details about the Club, our players and football activity is important.
