Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is seeking a DEI Advisor to embed its DEI action plan within the People and Culture team, collaborating with Recruitment, Health and Wellbeing and HR Operations to ensure DEI is woven into all aspects of the Club’s culture and operations.
This role involves cross‑functional partnership with senior leaders to socialise the action plan, monitor DEI metrics, and drive inclusive practices across sites, programmes, and partnerships to strengthen the Club’s commitment.
