JOB PURPOSE
Working to identify and highlight the most talented players to Tottenham Hotspur FC across a variety of age groups.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and highlight players with the potential to join Tottenham Hotspur Academy.
- Produce evidence of player assessments through written reporting on the club's OPH platform.
- Work in collaboration with scouts and recruitment analysts to ensure a high level of coverage and detail is carried out to support decision-making processes.
- Attend CPD to develop relevant knowledge.
- Adhere to the Academy Recruitment strategy and processes.
- Abide by the FA and club safeguarding rules and regulations working with young children.
