The Role:
The Club is seeking a self-motivated leader with expert knowledge and a passion for storytelling to join our dynamic and energetic Brand & Creative team at the heart to Tottenham Hotspur. The Brand Experience Manager will play a pivotal role in helping develop, and lead on executing, strategies that enhance the overall brand experience for our fans, followers and new audiences.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, the successful candidate will help strengthen the brand’s positioning, increase loyalty, and drive global growth by developing and delivering compelling brand experiences and memorable interactions. The role will also serve as the guardian of our brand, ensuring all related activities align with the Club’s vision, values and positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive brand awareness, exposure, and affiliation by creating exciting, highly engaging and attention-grabbing campaigns across football and beyond, delivering exceptional, world-class fan experiences
- Deliver culturally relevant and sharable moments which help grow new followers and reach new audiences
- Develop and implement brand activations / initiatives across pre-season tours to enhance brand awareness and fan engagement in key global markets
- Monitor and analyse data to identify new opportunities for improving the brand experience, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the brand’s positioning and relevance
- Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth execution of all initiatives
- Oversee the environmental branding programme across all key sites including Lilywhite House, the Training Centre, and Stadium
- Serve as a brand ambassador, providing guidance and training on brand-related matters, delivering a consistent and compelling brand experience
- Develop and manage the Brand playbook, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Because of the nature of this role, you may be required to occasionally work out of hours and travel internationally

What You Will Bring
- Experience as a Brand Marketing Manager in a relevant industry or for a global brand
- Demonstratable experience of developing brand experiences that have a direct impact on key metrics
- Excellent project management skills, creating plans that show a clear critical path
- Highly organised and able to run multiple projects simultaneously
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility across internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to pre-plan, anticipate and manage project related risks and challenges
- Coordinating various teams to bring ideas to life
- Ability to handle budgets, negotiate costs efficiently and track spend
- Experience working in a high-pressure environment
- Experience leading and developing a direct report / team is desirable
