We have positions available for the following coaching role: Lead Coach. We will assess your suitability based on these available coaching roles. Note: our Lead Coach position is for a suitably qualified and experienced coach. A minimum level of coaching qualifications are required for this role. In addition, you must be able to demonstrate an ability to lead classes for children with confidence and have a fun, friendly and personable personality that includes high levels of energy and enthusiasm as well as coaching talent.

If the answer is yes, then becoming a Tots United coach could be for you. We're looking to recruit a talented, enthusiastic and energetic Lead Coach to help deliver our fantastic football classes in the West of Scotland. We need someone who is upbeat, bubbly and has bags of energy to deliver our outstanding football classes.
Our immediate requirement is for a Lead Coach available to deliver our weekend and week day classes in the West of Scotland area (particularly in and around Renfrewshire).
Some of the key responsibilities and duties include:
- Leading in the delivery of our fun and engaging football classes for toddlers and young children (ages 18 months up to 8 years) in the West of Scotland.
- Devising suitable lesson plans under the supervision of our Director of Coaching and delivering the Tots United curriculum in line with our values of CARE and LOVE.
- Co-ordinating the delivery of our classes and taking responsibility for equipment and leading sessions.
- Supervising junior colleagues and assisting them with their coaching development.
- Supporting the learning and development of children within football and sport in general.
- Communicating player pathways to parents (where relevant).
- Awareness of child safeguarding and risk assessments.
- Going the extra mile where required and being an outstanding role model.

For our Lead Coach role, you must have the following:
- Relevant existing coaching qualifications and experience of coaching and working with young children.
- Driving licence.
- PVG membership.
