We’re building something here. Tots Are Us has grown from a home-based setting into an award-winning childcare provider, and we’re now entering our next phase of growth. We’re looking for an experienced early years professional who is ready to step into a senior role and help shape the future of the setting. This is not a corporate nursery role. This is an opportunity to play a key part in a growing business, support a small team, and influence how we deliver outstanding childcare.
The role:
- Support the day‑to‑day running of the setting
- Lead by example in practice, planning and standards
- Mentor and support junior staff and apprentices
- Ensure high‑quality delivery of EYFS across the team
- Work closely with management on development and growth
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a Level 3 qualification (Level 5 desirable)
- Has strong experience in early years settings
- Is confident supporting and guiding a team
- Wants to progress and grow with a business
- Brings energy, ideas and leadership
