Tots Are Us is growing. Following our move into a commercial setting, we’re expanding our team and looking for a full‑time Level 3 practitioner who wants more than just a job. We’re not a large chain nursery. We’re a team of six who care deeply about what we do, and we’ve built our reputation on quality, consistency and strong relationships with families. Your role:
- Deliver high-quality early years care in line with EYFS
- Plan and implement engaging daily activities
- Take responsibility as a key person
- Support children’s emotional, social and educational development
- Work closely with parents and the wider team
What you’ll need:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
- Strong understanding of EYFS
- Experience in a nursery or childcare setting
- Passion, energy and a proactive attitude
- Safeguarding knowledge and commitment to best practice
