At Tots Are Us, we do childcare differently. We’re a small, close-knit team based in Brunswick Green, recently expanded into a commercial setting with free on-site parking. For the past three years, we’ve been recognised as Childcare Provider of the Year, and we pride ourselves on creating a setting that feels more like an extension of family than a traditional nursery.
We’re now looking for a Level 3 qualified practitioner to join us on a flexible, part‑time basis. This role is ideal for someone who wants variety in their week, enjoys building genuine relationships with children and families, and is looking to be part of a team where their input really matters.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting children aged 0–5 through play‑based learning
- Planning and delivering engaging, creative activities
- Acting as a key person and building strong relationships with families
- Contributing to observations and development tracking
- Working collaboratively with a small, supportive team
