You will work with a Deputy Manager to build a strong safeguarding culture, oversee recruitment, home design, and ethos, ensuring exceptional care and outcomes for the children.
You will lead by example, promote the organisation’s vision, mission, and values, and drive quality assurance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across the home.
