Toto Group is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to open and lead a brand new children’s home in Sefton, Lancashire. You will shape culture, practice, recruitment and ethos to deliver exceptional outcomes for children with complex needs.
You’ll lead by example, drive safeguarding, care planning, and staff development, while managing budgets and regulatory compliance under the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted expectations.
