Totnes and Rural Community Transport is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee our small charity bus operation. The role can be part-time (up to 20 hours) or full-time for the right candidate, with responsibilities spanning administration and hands-on duties.
You will ensure day-to-day availability of our four minibuses, coordinate with over 30 volunteers, handle passenger enquiries, liaise with regulatory authorities, and work with our current part-time staff to keep services running smoothly.
