We are looking for an Account Product Manager to play a key role in the development, management, and execution of product and business strategies across Totes Isotoner’s accessories categories. This position serves as the primary liaison between Design, Product Development, Sales, and key retail partners to ensure that seasonal assortments, pricing, and go-to-market strategies align with both brand objectives and customer needs. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and merchandising skills with a deep understanding of consumer and market trends. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver actionable insights, and drive collaboration across cross‑functional teams to achieve business goals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the central contact between internal teams and major wholesale or retail partners.
- Develop and manage seasonal product assortments and customized programs tailored to account strategies.
- Lead product presentations, seasonal line reviews, and business recaps for key accounts and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with the Sales team to establish pricing, margin targets, and promotional opportunities.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept through commercialisation within assigned categories or accounts.
- Collaborate with Design, Sourcing, and Operations to ensure product feasibility, cost optimisation, and timely delivery.
- Conduct trend analysis, competitive benchmarking, and consumer research to guide product development and seasonal strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information, including SKUs, pricing, and specifications.
- Support the creation of packaging, merchandising, and in‑store presentation materials that align with brand standards.
- Analyse product and account performance to inform future assortment planning, pricing, and innovation opportunities.
- Deliver business insights and recommendations through sales reports, margin analysis, and market research.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Design, Sales and Operations, to ensure alignment across all phases of the product lifecycle.
- Ensure consistent execution of brand strategy, product quality, and service standards across all accounts.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform other duties as may be assigned by your manager from time to time, consistent with the experience normally expected for a position at this level.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management or account management within fashion accessories, apparel, or related consumer goods.
- Proven experience managing wholesale or key retail accounts and understanding retail dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle and effectively prioritise a wide variety of tasks.
- Ability to work unsupervised in an accurate, methodical and organised manner with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work to deadlines, cope under pressure and willing to assist on all departments as required.
